Performs nonsupervisory clerical support that is essential to daytoday construction operations. On an average workday the clerk (1) answers 25–35 incoming calls, routes messages, and greets visitors; (2) processes 10–15 pieces of incoming/outgoing mail and courier packets containing plans, permits, or samples. Each week the clerk (3) creates or updates 40plus digital documents—purchase orders, RFIs, meeting minutes, and progress reports—using Microsoft Word and Excel; (4) posts 60–80 transactions (invoices, receipts, timesheets) into QuickBooks Online and Connecteam within 24 hours of receipt; and (5) reconciles delivery tickets against site logs for 3–5 active projects. Monthly the clerk (6) conducts a physical count of ~300 tools/materials in ShareMyToolbox and updates discrepancies within one business day. For HR compliance, the clerk (7) assembles onboarding packets and files CW1 documentation for approximately 50 foreign workers, ensuring files are complete within 48 hours of hire and retained per CNMI regulations. The clerk maintains both a paper and cloudbased filing system for ~25 active project folders, audits each folder biweekly, and backs up data to the company server every Friday. Accuracy, confidentiality, and multitasking under tight construction deadlines are critical. All duties are performed under the direct supervision of the Vice President and do not involve managing other employees.
